How to Obtain a Sira Certificate?

Step 1: Understand the Requirements

Step 3: Get Approval and Get the Sira Certificate

You will get the certificate after the inspectors deem your service/facility suitable. To get the Sira Certificate, you will pay AED 1000 fees. Once you have paid the amount, the authorities will issue you the Sira Certificate.

There are specific requirements for renewing a Sira Certificate. You must update the required docs. In addition, you must have an NOC (No Objection Certificate) and audit report to ensure the Sira department renews the certificate. The renewal fee is AED 100 with an AED 10 knowledge fee and an AED 10 innovation fee.

You can singly sign in using your current password and fill out the e-form in the E-services system. Next, pay the fees via the available payment methods. So, this is it! The department will review your application for approval. Once approved, you will receive the renewed certificate. It takes 48 hours (2 business days) to complete the process.
