Health Insurance Provider’s Website

Visit the official website of your medical insurance provider and look for sections like “Policyholder Services” or “Member Login.” Enter your Emirates ID number and other required information.

Once logged in, you can check the details of your health insurance. For instance, you can check the plan’s active status, network hospitals, and coverage limits.

Through Mobile Application

Download the insurance provider’s mobile app on your Android or iOS phone. Use your Emirates ID to log in and access your health policy details under “Coverage Details,” “Insurance Status,” or related sections.

I have Nextcare health insurance. I use the Lumi app on my Android phone to check the status of my policy and other details like:

• Insurance Coverage
• Claims and Pre-approvals
• Referrals and Prescriptions
• Check the Doctor’s availability
• Book an appointment
• Search for health providers

The Lumi app allows me to check the details using my insurance card number. So, I just tap the “View Card” button and check the policy, health insurance category, hospitalization, out-patient, dental, and optical coverage.
